∅95 Series excitation Motor Core

The series excited motor is a stator of a single-phase series excited motor. It consists of a salient pole core and an excitation winding. The rotor consists of an invisible core, an armature winding, a commutator and a rotating shaft. A series loop is formed between the excitation winding and the armature winding through an electric brush and a commutator.
